About Me

My Story

I was born and raised in Brazil, in a family of immigrants from both sides. Everybody traveled abroad regularly, and we always received guests from various countries.

Living abroad was not only a possibility but also a goal- yet, I never thought I would build my life elsewhere. I had a good life there and still make a point of visiting yearly, spending quality time with family and friends, that have remained very close (I'm so thankful for internet from day one!)

I built a family in Atlanta, GA and, after a short period living in Brazil after our kids were born, we moved back choosing Decatur as home.

Most o my grown-up life has been in the United States, yet my multicultural DNA keeps me surrounded by people from all continents and varied cultures.
