I had the opportunity to work together Juliana back in the early 2000s at The Weather Channel Latin America (TWCLA) in Atlanta, GA. At that time I was the Programming Manager of the 24-hour-weather news-network that broadcast out of Atlanta to all of Latin America – and the Hispanic market in the US both in Spanish and Portuguese.
I hired Juliana to join the team as a Production Coordinator for the Brazilian operation. Her job was to help organize and deliver fresh content as well as help manage schedules and the overall operation.
She played her role to the expectations by quickly embracing the challenges we had by connecting smoothly with team members and key stakeholders which made it possible for the network to make solid progress.
